​I define coaching as:

A creative, challenging and thought-provoking process where the coach creates a psychologically safe space for the client to explore, unpick and reflect upon issues and behaviours to achieve ambitious goals and desired outcomes that are personally and professionally transformative.

I focus on:

Executive and leadership coaching  that equips you with the skills and mindset to excel professionally.

 

Life coaching that empowers you to pursue personal fulfilment and align your actions with your core values.

 

Health and wellness coaching that acknowledges the fundamental role of both physical and mental wellbeing in achieving sustained success and happiness.

 

Rather than strictly adhering to distinct coaching categories, I embrace an interconnected approach that synthesises a deep understanding of human potential and the multifaceted nature of thriving, acknowledging the natural overlaps between these areas.

​There are many overlaps between coaching contexts and opting for a specific area of coaching does not preclude bringing other elements to these sessions.  For example, engaging with leadership coaching often overlaps with elements of life coaching or wellness coaching. 

 

Whilst I have outlined three broad areas of coaching, these are not mutually exclusive.  If you are not sure if your driver for accessing coaching fits into one of the above categories, do not be put off, contact me for a discussion. 

 

Coaching is about working with the person rather than the category of coaching.

My Purpose

In my role as a coach, my purpose is for you to:

 

  • Be confident and comfortable in being open and honest

  • Explore, think and process the challenges, issues and topics you are facing and for you to reach your full potential.

  • Move beyond your comfort zone to a place you find challenging and stretching.

  • Address the questions you have not thought to ask or have avoided asking yourself that identify the real challenge, enabler or barrier you are facing.

  • Be solution-focussed and to look forwards.

  • Push yourself to keep raising the bar, even when you thought you had reached it.

  • Critically reflect.

  • Create and embrace new and different ways of thinking that are transformational.

My Philosophy & Approach to Coaching

As your coach, I scaffold, support, and facilitate you to identify, define and refine ambitious goals that you wish to achieve, and the various development needs you have and actions you might undertake to successfully achieve these.

 

I approach all coaching sessions with an open-mind and use a variety of models, tools, and approaches to effectively support sessions that scaffold your exploration and critical engagement with situations, opportunities, and barriers.  Most importantly, I believe that we all can learn and change through exploring who we are and how we interact with the world, and this is the belief that underpins my coaching.

 

Questioning, challenge, and feedback form the foundation of critical reflection and transformational change and will be carefully used to ensure you maximise the results of the coaching process.  Alongside these mechanisms, I draw upon feelings and emotions within my coaching practice believing it important to understand not only what we do and what we want to do but the emotions and feelings that drive and limit us and the connection that these feelings and emotions have to our bodies, positive and negative.

 

As your coach, I will not advise or tell you what to do.  I am there to question, challenge and engage you in critical thinking and reflection.

 

My aim is to support you to become your own coach and to be the best version of you!

 

Great work happens with clients who have an inner drive to change and develop and who are open to exploring different perspectives and approaches to support them to further develop and to achieve a sense of joy and contentment in their lives.

 

A lot of my work is with women, small business owners and leaders and those working within education who are often juggling many things within their personal and professional lives.

 

You will gain the most from coaching if you are committed to the process and invest time in this both within and beyond sessions.

A typical coaching package includes...

​An introductory Meeting

This allows us to explore your needs and expectations, my approach and way I work, logistics and explore your potential goal and consider whether we are a good fit and client and coach. 

 

The introductory meeting normally last approximately 45 minutes, is free of charge* and there is no obligation to commit to a coaching package at this stage.  In fact, this meeting will help you decided whether coaching is right for you.

​

These meetings can take place face-to-face or via Zoom.

 

*There is a £5 charge for booking which will be taken from the cost of your coaching package or refunded should you attend the introductory meeting and subsequently decide not to continue with a coaching package.

​

Coaching Sessions

I offer three different coaching packages that vary in the number and length to meet both your time and budget constraints.  Coaching packages include:

A series of coaching sessions, usually lasting one  or one and a half hours each.

Conducted within a period of 6 months.

​

However, if you have previously engaged in coaching with me, it may be you require a top-up package with fewer sessions over a shorter timeframe or book an on demand coaching session.

​

Coaching sessions can take place face-to-face in a mutually agreed location, or at my home office or online via Zoom.

​

Communications

The day before your coaching session is due to take place, I send an email reminder.

​

After the coaching session, I email a brief summary of the session capturing your goals.  This may also include any resources and/or notes we agreed to during the session.

​

Post Coaching Follow Up

All clients are offered a follow up three-months after completion of the coaching package.

The purpose is to check in and see how you are progressing.

The follow ups usually last between 15 and 30 minutes and take place online via Zoom.

​

Location

The location of our coaching sessions will be discussed during our initial meeting, taking into account both location and your preferences.

 

While I can offer in-person sessions at my home office, your workplace, or another mutually agreed-upon location (potentially incurring a travel fee), the majority of my coaching is conducted online via Zoom.

 

This virtual format eliminates geographical barriers, allowing us to work together effectively regardless of your location, even internationally (considering time zone differences).

 

Therefore, location is not a constraint to us collaborating.

Packages & Pricing

The Transformation Coaching Package:​

 

The longer, 90-minute sessions are designed for deep and focused transformational work. This extended time allows us to explore topics in depth and use a wider variety of tools and techniques.

The transformation coaching package includes:

​

  • An introductory meeting: This is where we'll get to know each other and discuss your goals.

  • A pre-coaching questionnaire: This helps me understand your needs before our first official session.

  • 6 x 1.5-hour tailored coaching sessions: A total of nine hours of coaching designed to meet your specific needs.

  • Flexible scheduling: You can schedule your sessions to suit your diary over a period of up to six months.

  • Session summaries: You'll receive a summary of key actions and any agreed-upon resources or notes after each session.

  • Support and challenge: This package provides a supportive yet challenging environment to enable genuine transformation.

  • A psychologically safe space: This is a safe space where you are free to be your authentic self.

  • 30-minute follow-up session: We'll have a follow-up call three months after your final coaching session to check in on your progress.

The Exploration Coaching Package:

These one-hour sessions are designed for both personal and professional exploration. They give you the space to explore topics, issues, and challenges that move you toward achieving a specific goal or aspiration

The exploration coaching package includes:

​

  • An introductory meeting: This is where we'll get to know each other and discuss your goals.

  • A pre-coaching questionnaire: This helps me understand your needs before our first official session.

  • 6 x 1-hour tailored coaching sessions: A total of six hours of coaching designed to meet your specific needs.

  • Flexible scheduling: You can schedule your sessions to suit your diary over a period of up to six months.

  • Session summaries: You'll receive a summary of key actions and any agreed-upon resources or notes after each session.

  • Support and challenge: This package provides a supportive yet challenging environment to enable genuine transformation.

  • A psychologically safe space: This is a safe space where you are free to be your authentic self.

  • 15-20-minute follow-up session: We'll have a follow-up call three months after your final coaching session to check in on your progress.

This package is perfect if you're looking to dip your toe into coaching and begin exploring personal or professional change.

  • 4 x 1-hour tailored coaching sessions: A total of four hours of coaching designed to meet your specific needs.

  • Flexible scheduling: You can schedule your sessions to suit your diary over a period of up to four months.

  • Session summaries: You'll receive a summary of key actions and any agreed-upon resources or notes after each session.

  • Support and challenge: This package provides a supportive yet challenging environment to begin some genuine transformation.

  • A psychologically safe space: This is a safe space where you are free to be your authentic self.
