What are Masterminds?
Think of Masterminds as peer-to-peer mentoring groups where individuals with similar expertise, interests, or focus come together to share insights, offer support, tackle challenges, and learn from collective experience. They create a focused environment for achieving goals and navigating obstacles, underpinned by a powerful accountability structure
The Mastermind Sessions
In these mastermind sessions, you'll bring a goal, challenge, or issue, and we'll work together collaboratively to identify solutions. Regular online meetings and a structured yet informal framework ensure mutual accountability for achieving your objectives.
Facilitation
My role in the mastermind is to facilitate each session, often commencing with a grounding or reflective activity. I then chair the discussion, facilitate engagement, and manage the session's timing. Additionally, I take notes, which I will organise and distribute to the group afterwards.

The Structure

Our masterminds connect individuals with shared interests, expertise, and roles. Conducted online to foster national and international networking, these small groups (typically 5-6 people) meet for 2-hour sessions, usually in the evenings.

These 2-hour monthly mastermind sessions run for either 6 or 12 months, providing the necessary time for members to share insights, engage in meaningful discussions, develop actionable strategies, cultivate strong connections, and experience significant personal and professional growth. There is always the opportunity for a mastermind group to continue and request a further period of time working with the same people.

Masterminds can be particularly valuable for larger businesses seeking to foster collaboration among specific individuals within their organisation. This could involve colleagues in similar roles, such as middle leaders, or those from different departments or locations. We offer bespoke mastermind programs tailored to your organisation's specific dates, times, and duration requirements. I am happy to discuss your needs further.

Our next masterminds
I run Masterminds on demand and begin a mastermind when there are a minimum of 4. I never exceed 8 in a mastermind.
